We're not in the 1 %
After catching some mackerel on the Atlantic ocean side of the canal, walked down and observed the lock; the "gate" to Bras D' Or lake. The 800 yard canal is the entrance / exit for the southern end of the lake... one of the largest inland salt water fjiord lakes in the world. -- see previous St Peters post --
Went down the canal to the lake side to fish some... see if we could catch some sea trout. Fished for about 15 minutes, no luck on this lake side of the canal. Then I see a boat aproaching. It's been on Bras D' Or lake and is positioning, lining up to go through the canal and lock, onto the Atlantic.
Here at tracks of the StoneBear I usually leave all the political rants to another appropriate place.
Seeing this boat / yacht... this is how the priviledged class lives; very well!!!
A couple of quotes come to mind:
There's really only one political party and they represent 4% of the population.
1% of America owns 42% of the assets / wealth of America.
The small zodiac behind the yacht... that's the personal security guard.
?How is your IRA doing? These are the guys that sold short on us.
The wealthy sure know how to spend our money.
