Fredricton downtown
Fredericton turns out to be one of my favorite stops / places on this journey. Fredricton is a really unique city. The history, the people, ... the geography, architechture, atmosphere... an amazing place. Driving downtown you just get a feel for history, for culture...you get excited!
Fredricton is the provincial capital of New Brunswick. You see some of the government / parlament buildings... that's good. Then you see all the perifery buildings that developed there. Really good Victorian era Gothic architecture! When I go into a town... you can tell a lot of the city history from the physical architechture... It is the classic rule,.... what stands the test of time... the architecture.
