Acadia National Park, Maine
I've waited a lifetime to get here. Driving down the east side of the island, the red granite cliff shoreline was beautiful. Powerful.
Back in the colonial era the English and French war- ed and fought and controled the area back and forth for a hundred years. A lot of colonial history here.
Beauty. Wonderful !
